Join us to share a cosy & deeply nourishing evening of breathwork & chanting with cacao & Nettle medicine.
We will journey through gentle movement, meditation, voice activation & chakra toning,, singing mantra and much more. The evening will end with one Cáit & Francesco’s special harmony-rich sound & voice bath.
We will be drinking some organic Cacao we brought back ourselves from Mexico (We spent 2 months there to give offering to the land and is a very beautiful heart medicine!) as well as Beautiful Organic Nettles grown by us with love in our wee Holistic Hub garden (see: www.oathroslin.earth) in Roslyn, famous powerful location 5 mins walk from the magical Roslyn Chapel, which is the Heart of the Rose Ley line!)

Both medicines (the the high integrity vibration they hold) are powerful allies in helping us to open our heart, so that we can let more and more of our essence shine through.
We will create a safe space for gentle nervous system reset, as well as a safe space to let your voice and soul express themselves (e.g. through singing and vocal activations).
We will also be looking through the lense of Celtic myth & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) modalities to give our body and life force the right rest and replenishment it needs at this time.

About Cáit & Francesco as the "The Inner Chéile Harmonic Duo"
Cáit and Francesco started "The Inner Chéile", a musical project aimed at creating and holding spaces of healing, love and celebration through shared harmonies and sounds.
Cheile in irish means "harmony" & "togetherness", reflection of the balanced space Cáit and Francesco aim to cultivate within and between them, & to honour their Celtic roots.

NO PREVIOUS SINGING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - we will co-create a gentle and safe space to enable our voices to express freely, giving an opportunity to our heart to open and join together into a single melody.
