We intend for this to be more than just a training. It’s a 3-day incubator for sowing seeds, weaving dreams and giving you tools to bring learnings and insights beyond the duration of this weekend and into your life’s work.
The full weekend consists of Community Connection Banquet on Friday and Authentic Community Leadership Training on Saturday-Sunday. You can buy tickets for these separately or as a bundle.

Sara Ness and Geof Krum of Authentic Revolution are seasoned leaders in pioneering inclusive culture-change frameworks. With a combined 25 years of experience in facilitation and community innovation, they are poised to share their wealth of knowledge, inviting you to deepen into your unique zones of genius.

Additionally, the event will be supported by Francesco Benvenuti and Marta Brzosko. Francesco, who is a ceremonial firekeeper and founder of OATH, will host the Saturday evening fireside ritual to explore and honour the role of the Sacred in nourishing community Spirit. Marta, an Authentic Relating facilitator from Connection Hub will be a supportive host to ensure your experience feels smooth, wholesome, and well-rounded.

Bridgend Farmhouse was the first community-owned land and charitable project in Edinburgh. The renovated farmhouse building now serves as a hub for learning, eating and exercise, where all can learn, work and grow together to develop a flourishing community and place.

The Salisbury Centre is a unique multi-faith spiritual Centre nestled in the heart of Edinburgh. Standing as Scotland's oldest community-owned center, and born from the vision, dreams and prayers of an intentional community, the Centre has served as a beloved global sanctuary for fostering community connection, soul nourishment and holistic wellbeing for over five decades.
